Welcome! Thank you for being here. Over the course of my career, I have developed a deep passion for Perinatal Mental Health, and I enjoy supporting individuals throughout their family planning journey. Whether you are navigating the emotional landscape of trying to conceive, experiencing pregnancy, managing loss, or adjusting to parenthood, I am here to help you every step of the way.

The range of emotions that come with these life stages can be overwhelming, but I believe that small, intentional changes can lead to profound shifts. I appreciate working with clients who are motivated to make meaningful changes and who arrive to the therapy process with an open mind and a willingness to reflect.

I work through an attachment-based, trauma-informed, and anti-racist lens, guiding you as you heal, process emotions, and move toward a place of inner peace and joy. While I now focus my work with adults, I have extensive experience working with children across all ages and have deep knowledge of child development. I also have experience supporting survivors of sexual violence. Further, I’m an active member of the Postpartum Health Alliance of San Diego and am committed to continuously expanding my expertise through ongoing trainings.

As a white therapist, it is incredibly important that I maintain cultural awareness and continue to educate myself in order to best support clients of all backgrounds. While I do not have the lived experience of all the clients I have supported, I approach all clients with compassion and provide a space for processing anything a client brings to our time together.

As a San Diego native, I enjoy basking in the sun with a good book, exploring nature trails, and spending quality time with family and friends.

I look forward to supporting you on your journey and helping you find the healing, balance, and joy you deserve.
