I work with clients via telehealth or walk + talk for 50 minute sessions. To begin we will meet on a weekly basis to align on goals and monitor progress. When it feels right we can decide together to shift to bi-weekly or monthly sessions if desired.
If you are interested in walk + talk therapy, we will have the initial session via telehealth and plan our walking path options from there.
Babies are more than welcome during sessions.

$175/per 50 min session
I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots. Please let me know if cost is a barrier and we can discuss options.

I am not currently in-network with any insurance providers at this time.
Many insurances provide partial reimbursements for “out of network” providers. Reach out directly to your insurance to ask about your benefits for mental health services. You will still be charged at the time of service, but I will provide you with a “superbill” (a detailed record of payment) that you can submit for possible reimbursement on a monthly basis.

Healing is a process, one that takes both patience and effort. Arriving to the therapy process with an open mind, willingness to reflect, and ability to begin making small changes often leads to the most growth and relief.
-
The length of therapy depends on each individuals’ goals and needs. Often, clients find relief and develop coping skills they can continue using on their own within six to twelve weeks. For some, sessions may continue longer to ensure they have the support they need.

I currently see clients Monday through Thursday 9AM to 5PM.
I do not provide crisis care outside of my working hours. If a mental health emergency arises please contact:
San Diego Access and Crisis line at (888) 724-7240
or
National Lifeline at 988 or text HOME at 741741

Please let me know you can no longer make your session at least 24 hours ahead of time to ensure you are not charged.
Life happens! I honor that unexpected changes may come up less than 24 hours ahead, with that I charge $100 for a late-cancellation (except in the case of an emergency).
A no-show without communication ahead of time will be charged the full fee of $175.

You have the right to receive a ‘Good Faith Estimate’ under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act.
Under this law, health care providers need to give patients who do not have insurance or are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including therapy.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate that outlines the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services. Ask your health care provider for a Good Faith Estimate prior to starting services.
For questions or further information about your right to a Good FAith Estimate or the dispute process, visit www.cms.gov/no surprises or call (800) 985-3059
